From the moment we stepped foot into the open home Lily went above and beyond to make our dream come true. She made sure to stay in contact and see how we were going in our process without being pushy. She was able to answer any questions and if she didn’t know, she found out for us straight away. She was more than accomodating with organising private viewings on week nights during her busy schedule, and always let us know she was more than happy to do so. During the offer process she was transparent as to what was happening and what we could expect next. She made the process easy and efficient for us, wrapping up negotiations within a day. Even though it was her job to sell the home on behalf of the vendor, we felt like Lily was also on our team the entire time, to do her best to make our dream come true with purchasing our first home. Lily showed genuine interest and care as to who we were and what our limitations were during the entire process. I could not recommend Lily enough.
