During her time in New Zealand, Mathilde immersed herself in rural life, rearing 1500 calves over several years and gaining invaluable experience in the dairy industry. She worked as an AB technician for LIC and contributed to beef and deer farms, cultivating a comprehensive knowledge of agricultural practices.

Passionate about horses, Mathilde is an avid competitor in eventing, reflecting her dedication to excellence and perseverance. Her adventurous spirit extends beyond the farm, as she has embraced challenges ranging from boxing matches to running a 100-kilometre race with a miniature horse and completing an Ironman.
